Comparison of on-site processing conditions

The site originally used a twist drill, which took 5.0 minutes to process a workpiece. According to feedback from on-site employees, the output of one device is 60 to 70 pieces a day. Due to the tight schedule, the efficiency of the twist drill could not meet customer needs. After replacing the S drill, the processing efficiency increased by nearly 4 times. After 37 meters of on-site testing, the tool was still in normal use.

Achievement 1
It only takes 64 seconds to process a workpiece using an S drill. Under the same conditions, the daily output of a device exceeds 300 pieces, which is four times the original daily output, greatly improving production capacity.

Achievement 2
The original workload of 4 days can now be completed in 1 day, which shortens the time by 3 days. This means that the equipment runs 3 days less under the same output, greatly reducing equipment loss, power consumption, and shortening delivery time. It also means saving 3 days of labor costs, which is currently the main cost of the enterprise.
